Winter 2012 - Issue 2.1 continues our mission to publish the finest poetry and art. The issue includes poetry from established and rising talents such as Tony Brown, Kristine Ong Muslim, Alexander Nemser, Tara Skurtu, Jade Sylvan, Michael Fitzgerald, Karen Locascio, Mangesh Naik, and more. Featuring artwork from Fred Byrd and Merlin Flower.

Just released! An illustrated broadside of Jade Sylvan's poem "Man Dies After Sex With Horse." This is the first in our collection.

Issue 2.2 - Summer 2012 is expected to be released in June.

Nicole Terez Dutton received the 2011 Cave Canem Poetry Prize for her manuscript If One of Us Should Fall. Nicole earned an M.F.A. from Brown University. Her work has appeared in Callaloo, Ploughshares, Indiana Review and Salt Hill Journal. She has received fellowships from Cave Canem, The Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown and The Virginia Center for the Creative Arts. She currently lives in Boston, Massachusetts.

Laura Kiesel was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and has a B.A. in English and creative writing from SUNY New Paltz. She has had poems, articles, and essays featured in numerous publications including upstreet, Naugatuck River Review, Gin Bender, Earth Island Journal, Mother Jones, E Magazine, Z Magazine, and Amethyst Arsenic. She currently resides in the Boston area and works as a freelance writer and editor.

Adam Stone is a veteran of the spoken word/slam scene in New England. He was Cape Cod's Spoken Word Poet laureate from 2000-2007, and was the longest reigning Champion of Champions at The Cantab Lounge in Cambridge. He's been a member of nine slam teams representing Cape Cod, Boston Cantab, Boston Lizard Lounge, and the People's Republic of Vermont. He's also the 2005 Boston Haiku Champion, and has represented The Boston Lizard Lounge at the Individual World Poetry Slam.
